Welcome to Siedlisko Carownica
Siedlisko Carownica is located in a truly beautiful neighbourhood, on a hill surrounded with a forest, which constitutes a part of the Świętokrzyski National Park – and only 35 km from the Kielce Trade Fairs (Targi Kielce). The Monastery on the Holy Cross Mountain can be seen from each spot on the Siedlisko area. Siedlisko Carownica consists of 11 wooden cottages, which are in use all year long: 4 of them with sauna and chimney (2-storey cottages) and 7 single storey cottages with electric heating. There are also 6 glamping cottages with sauna and chimney. More than 1,5 ha of the Siedlisko’s premises (most of it with access to Wi-Fi) is fenced and video supervised. It encompasses arbors with tables with benches covered with roof, portable barbecues and brooms on which you can learn to fly.
A picture on a broom with Łysa Góra in the background is a must. Parking next to cottages is free. Children have two spacious and safe playgrounds at their disposal: a few swings and slides, a mount of sand with colourful toys, three free-standing Witch Houses, a tepee and a trampoline. Just behind cottages we have built a hill, so that in winter children can enjoy white madness. Next to the tepee, we put an open-air swimming pool, which you can use to cool down in summer.
On the Siedlisko’s premises you will also find a space for a bonfire, a court for beach volleyball and badminton, a place for chalk drawings and a 13-meter long Witch’s broom – ready to take off. Siedlisko Carownica also offers gear rental. You can rent one of our 20 bicycles, baby bike seats, go-karts Puky F550 and Peg Perego vehicles for children (a tractor with a trailer and a ground loader). Moreover, we offer an X-box console with games as well as a telescope.
At the turn of 2015 and 2016 we have completed Project Siedlisko Carownica - an attractive place for family holidays and recreation in the Świętokrzyskie Mountains supported by a grant from Switzerland through the Swiss Contribution to the enlarged European Union.
